A real Christian is:
someone who has sincerely chosen to believe that Jesus Christ (the Messiah - Yeshua in Hebrew) really exists,
AND has chosen to sincerely believe in Him - His perfect character, purpose, and teachings, as described in the Christian Bible,
AND that Jesus Christ came to earth to live here to proclaim the truth to us and then be put to death in order to take our punishment for what we do wrong upon Himself so that we can be forgiven by God by sincerely choosing to believe in Him,
AND that we do wrong so we need to be forgiven by God, and commit ourselves to stop doing things our wrong way and start doing things God's correct way,
AND a real Christian is also someone who chooses to love God and His ways above all else, and at the expense of all else when necessary. We put God first in our lives.
All of the above is the start of being a real Christian.
A real Christian then also sooner or later becomes someone who realizes through learning from God;
that without God's help we can't help but sin because that is the nature of these natural bodies of flesh that we live in;
and therefore, even though we commit ourselves to not do things our wrong way and to do things God's right way;
we cannot earn our forgiveness from God by our own efforts because we inadvertently make mistakes;
AND that God forgives us because of His perfect, love, grace, and mercy, which caused Him, to send His only son Jesus Christ to take our punishment for our sins upon Himself by dying on the cross for us;
AND his forgiveness is not based on how perfect we are.
God loves us so much that He provided Himself as Jesus Christ as the way for us to choose to stop doing things our way and do our best to do things His way;
and therefore through our repentance and belief in Him, be forgiven by Him;
AND have an everlasting relationship with Him, so that He can take care of us and help us be what He created us to be.
God forgives us and establishes full access to a family and friendship relationship with Him when we choose to repent and believe in and love Him as described above;
and the sincerity of our belief is proven by the fact that because of it we take action to live by what we believe.

Note: To those who are wondering how metaphysical, supernatural, spiritual, matter, energy, and quantum physics relate to each other. God, in His Word the Bible, gives us the answer to this, as well as all else. God clues us in on how limited we are in knowledge and understanding, and how He, being the designer, creator, and sustainer of all, completely knows and understands all. God includes in the Bible many things that He does not explain. He lets us know that there are mysteries beyond our awareness and understanding. For instance:
He tells us of a time when giants walked the earth;
He mentions someone named Melchizedek the king of Salem who was "without father or mother, without genealogy, without beginning of days or end of life, resembling the Son of God, he remains a priest forever." This Melchizedek was a person to whom Abraham tithed when he met him;
Paul the apostle tells us of a man who was caught up to the third level of Heaven and heard inexpressible things that no one is permitted to tell;
God tells us of a creature called a Leviathan
“I will not fail to speak of Leviathan’s limbs,
its strength and its graceful form.
Who can strip off its outer coat?
Who can penetrate its double coat of armor a ?
Who dares open the doors of its mouth,
ringed about with fearsome teeth?
Its back has b rows of shields
tightly sealed together;
each is so close to the next
that no air can pass between.
They are joined fast to one another;
they cling together and cannot be parted.
Its snorting throws out flashes of light;
its eyes are like the rays of dawn.
Flames stream from its mouth;
sparks of fire shoot out.
Smoke pours from its nostrils
as from a boiling pot over burning reeds.
Its breath sets coals ablaze,
and flames dart from its mouth.
Strength resides in its neck;
dismay goes before it.
The folds of its flesh are tightly joined;
they are firm and immovable.
Its chest is hard as rock,

The sword that reaches it has no effect,

Its undersides are jagged potsherds,
leaving a trail in the mud like a threshing sledge.
It makes the depths churn like a boiling caldron
and stirs up the sea like a pot of ointment.
It leaves a glistening wake behind it;
one would think the deep had white hair.
Nothing on earth is its equal—
a creature without fear.
Magic is mentioned in many places in the Bible, for example Pharaoh's magicians used their powers to copy God's miracles when God sent Moses to confront Pharaoh. This incident recorded in the Bible also shows us the reality that God through His power does miracles. The Bible also tells us that there are angels and demons, and there is Satan the devil.
The terms "metaphysical", "supernatural", "spiritual", "matter", "energy", and "quantum physics" all refer to things that are a real, or thought to be real, part of existence, seen or unseen. "Metaphysical", "supernatural", and "spiritual" are terms addressing things that happen outside of what our natural five senses can detect. "Energy" refers to an unseen power or a force that can cause things. "Matter" is the term used to describe solid objects. I include the term "quantum physics" because it refers to things caused by forces we can't see yet what these forces cause can be seen, and these forces are used by engineers to make devices work.
So reality is much, much more than what we are particularly aware of and God designed, created, sustains, and controls all of it, even though others can access and use some of it. We know from the Bible that there is a spiritual realm that exists beyond, and with, the physical, and at times inhabits the physical. And spiritual beings exist and are at war using power against each other; and if they are Satan's servants the demons, they use power to capture us by whatever means necessary; and if the spiritual beings are angels they are loyal to God and use His power to be God's army to save us; and help us to become the best we can be. Satan doesn't care if we want it or not, he is out to capture us through trickery and half-truths and lies and even possession. God however cares about us perfectly and therefore never forces Himself on us.
So in conclusion please realize that we are surrounded by forces beyond us; and evil beings are using those forces to trick, trap, and capture us whether we want or acknowledge it; but God is perfectly good and His angels are using those forces to convince us of the truth and save us from evil, and then help us become our best selves. And we need to learn what God says about everything, including these things, and live by what He says so we don't make mistakes and cause problems, etc.
Living by what God says applies to how we play as well. It is not always easy for real Christians to find ways to play that allow them to live by God's ways, so to help I am creating places where real Christians can play a professionally done, quality, online game that is safe enough for them and their family. This is a work in progress and I welcome any constructive suggestions. Several great, commercial online games allow us to play the game on our own servers and modify them. I am doing this to make G-rated games that do not allow lewd, rude, crude, or nude behavior, and are as free as possible of offensive content. This does not mean people can't act that way, it means I can ban them from the game for such behavior. Remember that, as with everything, you need yourself, or someone you trust to check even my version of the game before letting your child play it, so you can make sure it is appropriate for their age, and to make sure they are only playing my version of the game. Otherwise they can easily end up playing the versions of the game that have content that is a bad influence. I make my versions of the games for the purpose of giving you something your child shares with you or someone you trust.
